Pricing for 2012

Session Fee for Singles and Families:
$100.00
Includes:
*An hour session for a family up to 4 people. (multiple families in one shoot; please contact me for specific breakdown pricing)
*Any additional people or pets will be $10.00 per person in the same family group/pet.
-Session Fee is due at the time of booking as a deposit to reserve your spot. If you need to cancel your session, your deposit is non-refundable but may be used at the time of re-booking your appointment if used within 45 days.

Senior Sessions:
$200.00
Includes:
*A 1.5 hour session with up to 2 clothing changes
(not including what student will be wearing upon arrival)
*Any additional people or pets will be $10.00 per person/pet.
-Session Fee is due at the time of booking as a deposit to reserve your spot. If you need to cancel your session, your deposit is non-refundable but may be used at the time of re-booking your appointment.

You may purchase prints from me (prices below) or a photo CD of full resolution images for $50 plus sales tax.

The fine print:
*Photos will be completed no later than 2 weeks after photo shoot date. *Additional charge for 'holiday weekend' shoots may apply.
 *All photos are copyrighted by Amy McSwegin and may be used in any and all advertisements in print or online unless expressly stated before your session in writing.
*If you cancel your session prior to 24 hours of your session, 50% of the session fee is still owed.  It may be used towards a rescheduled session if rescheduled within 1 week of the previous shoot.
*Additional charges do apply for photo sites more than 30 miles or 30 minutes' travel time away; please inquire to find out rates.
*Gift Certificates may be used for session fees or CD fees only.

PRINT ORDERING

Photos may also be ordered from me; I order them from a professional printing company that uses Kodak Professional Endura paper. My monitor is calibrated to their system, so what I see on my computer screen is what gets ordered; and the colors turn out BEAUTIFULLY.

Itty Bitty Baby Specials!!!

Are you looking for a photo package for maternity photos and/or photos of your brand new baby? OR are you looking for that PERFECT baby shower gift?? Check out my specials on these extremely important photos...

Itty Bitty Photos: $100

Congrats on your new little one!  Or, soon-to-be-little one. :)  My favorite time frame to photograph Baby is between 3-10 days old while your precious new one is still fresh and wrinkly. :)  Those wrinkles don't last long, and you won't want to miss them being caputred!  

Itty Bitty sessions are done in my home; if you'd like me to come to your home, there is an additional fee of $50 to cover travel, transport and setup/takedown of props/lighting equipment/background.  If your home is further than 30 miles/minutes away from my home, which is in Kettering, Ohio, please inquire for additional travel charges.  The Itty Bitty Session is meant for your baby by itself.  If you'd like to include Mom, Dad or any siblings, it's $15/person.

Please bring baby fully fed and dressed in the outfit that you'd like them photographed in.  Baby will be photographed in that outfit then usually down to diaper/no diaper, whatever you prefer.  Additional outfit changes are $10/change.

This package does not include a digital images. You may purchase prints (prices found here) or a photo disc of your session for $50.00.  Discs come with fully edited images and a print release to print whatever you please.  When the images are ready, you may either come pick up your DVD or I can mail it for an additional $5 fee.  Please feel free anything special that you'd like to be included in your shoot; special items, blankets, etc.

Single Maternity Session and Itty Bitty Photos: $175 (save $25 vs. purchasing sessions separately!!)

The Maternity Session includes an hour Maternity Session with you, your spouse and siblings.  For details about the Itty Bitty Session, please read the section above.  This package does not include a digital images. You may purchase prints (prices found here) or a photo disc of your session for $50.00.  Discs come with fully edited images and a print release to print whatever you please.  Single Maternity Session and Itty Bitty Photos must be completed within 60 days of each other.

Baby Makes The Belly Go 'Round (Maternity Progression): $275

This package includes up to 6 sessions; a 20 minute session in the same location every month with the last month of your pregnancy having 2 sessions 2 weeks apart since your baby will double in weight during that last month. All photos will be fully edited & I will make these photos available for viewing and ordering prints. (prices can be found here). You may choose between a variety of locations, but we will meet at the same location each time. Your choice of locations are: Wegerzyn Gardens, Hills & Dales Parks Systems, Downtown Dayton & Cox Arboretum; each session should take no more than 20 minutes. If your spouse is available for any of these sessions, he is welcome to join you. At the end of your pregnancy, you'll have the opportunity to purchase a DVD of all the images for $100. When the images are ready, you may either come pick up your DVD or I can mail it for an additional $5 fee.

Baby Makes The Belly Go 'Round AND Itty Bitty Photos: $350

Everything above in Maternity Progression PLUS an hour Itty Bitty Session after your baby is born.    For details about the Itty Bitty Session, please read the section above.  These photos will be available to purchase prints (prices can be found here) or a photo disc for $150. When the images are ready, you may either come pick up your DVD or I can mail it for an additional $5 fee.

Starting a new blog...

I have been wanting to start a new blog to showcase just my photography, so here it is! I have been very busy doing many photo shoots; families, maternity photos, pictures of babies, kids, senior sessions and pets. You name it, I'd love to shoot it!
